By accessing or using StarAgeless, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use StarAgeless.
1. About StarAgeless
StarAgeless is a health and lifestyle application designed to help users record and understand information related to nutrition, food, weight, activity, trends, and personal goals.
StarAgeless may provide features that allow you to:
- record food and nutrition information;
- record weight and activity-related information;
- view personal trends and progress;
- receive personalized guidance based on information you provide.
StarAgeless is designed to support personal health and wellness management.
StarAgeless is not a medical service and does not provide:
- medical diagnosis;
- medical treatment;
- emergency services;
- professional medical advice;
- prescriptions or clinical care.
You should consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice or decisions.
2. Eligibility
You may use StarAgeless only if:
- you are at least 18 years old; and
- you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
By using StarAgeless, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts
Using StarAgeless requires an account.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the security of your account credentials;
- keeping your account information accurate;
- all activity occurring through your account;
- contacting us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You may delete your account through the methods provided within StarAgeless.

4. Using StarAgeless
StarAgeless provides information and guidance based on information you provide and features available within the application.
You understand that:
- food identification, nutrition estimates, and personalized guidance may be inaccurate or may not apply to your specific circumstances;
- information provided by StarAgeless should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice.

5. Your Responsibilities
When using StarAgeless, you agree to:

6. Device and Data Responsibilities
Some information created through StarAgeless may be stored on your device.
You are responsible for maintaining your device, operating system, and appropriate security measures.
Loss, damage, replacement, or reset of your device, or deletion of the application, may affect your ability to access locally stored information.
StarAgeless does not currently guarantee automatic cloud backup or restoration of all historical information across devices.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions to StarAgeless are purchased through the Apple App Store.
Your subscription is subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled according to the applicable subscription management process.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings.
Refund requests are handled according to Apple’s policies and applicable law.
Cancelling a subscription generally stops future renewals and does not automatically provide refunds for prior payments, except where required by applicable law.
Deleting your StarAgeless account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription.
8. Changes to the Service
StarAgeless may evolve over time.
We may:
- modify existing features;
- introduce new features;
- remove or suspend certain features;
- update or change aspects of the Service.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of significant changes.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use StarAgeless for unlawful purposes;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to StarAgeless or related systems;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
- abuse, attack, or disrupt the Service;
- infringe the rights of others;
- submit unlawful or unauthorized content;

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to StarAgeless if you violate these Terms or create risks to the security, integrity, or lawful operation of the Service.
10. User Content and Information
You retain ownership of information you create, enter, or submit through StarAgeless.
Using StarAgeless does not transfer ownership of your personal records or health-related information to Approximatus Inc.
You grant Approximatus Inc. the rights necessary to process information solely as needed to provide and operate StarAgeless, subject to our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
StarAgeless and its related materials, including software, design, branding, interfaces, and technology, are owned by Approximatus Inc. or its licensors.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use StarAgeless for its intended purpose.
You may not, unless permitted by law or authorized by us:
- copy;
- modify;
- distribute;
- sell;
- reverse engineer;
any part of StarAgeless.
12. Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or comments regarding StarAgeless, you authorize us to use that feedback to improve, develop, and operate StarAgeless.
Providing feedback does not grant us ownership of your personal records or health information.

StarAgeless may rely on or connect with third-party services to provide certain features.
Those third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
We do not control the independent operation of third-party services.

Your use of StarAgeless is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties
StarAgeless is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Approximatus Inc. does not guarantee that:
- StarAgeless will always be available or uninterrupted;
- the Service will be error-free;
- information provided through the Service will always be complete or accurate;
- all features will remain available indefinitely;
- third-party services will always operate without interruption.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Approximatus Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of StarAgeless.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
17. Termination
You may stop using StarAgeless at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- you violate these Terms;
- your use creates security, legal, or operational risks;
- required by applicable law.
Termination does not automatically entitle you to refunds for subscriptions already purchased, except where required by applicable law.

If we make significant changes, we may provide notice through appropriate means, such as an in-app notice or an updated Terms page.
If you continue using StarAgeless after updated Terms become effective, your continued use may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by applicable law.
