StarAgeless does not currently offer live chat or phone support.
1. Account
Sign in
You can sign in to StarAgeless using:
- Sign in with Apple
- Google Sign-In
Sign out
In the app, go to:
More → Sign out
Delete your account
In the app, go to:
More → Delete account
Then follow the on-screen steps to confirm deletion.
Please note:
Deleting your StarAgeless account does not automatically cancel your Apple App Store subscription.
If you also want to stop future subscription renewals, follow the instructions in the Subscription section below.

2. Subscription
Restore Purchases
If you previously purchased a StarAgeless subscription through the Apple App Store but your membership is not showing correctly, go to:
More → Membership → Restore Purchases
You can also use Restore Purchases on the page where you purchase a subscription.
Restoring purchases does not create a new subscription or result in a new subscription charge.
Manage or cancel your subscription
In the app, go to:
More → Membership → Manage Subscription
You will be taken to Apple’s subscription management interface, where you can view or cancel your StarAgeless subscription.
Cancelling a subscription generally stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund subscription payments already made.
Refunds
StarAgeless subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store.
Refund requests and eligibility are handled according to Apple’s policies and applicable rules.

3. Using StarAgeless
Log food
You can add food records using the logging methods currently available in StarAgeless, including:
- Search
- AI Photo
Available features may vary depending on the version of StarAgeless you are using.
AI Photo
AI Photo can help identify food from a photo and generate related nutrition information.
Food identification and nutrition estimates may be inaccurate.
Before saving a record, review the identified food, amount, and nutrition information to make sure they reasonably match what you consumed.

Weight and steps permissions
With your permission, StarAgeless can read supported health information such as:
- Weight
- Steps
If this information is not appearing correctly, check your device’s health permissions and confirm that StarAgeless has permission to read the relevant data.
Installing StarAgeless does not automatically grant these permissions.
Export data
In the app, go to:
More → Export data
You can use the data export options currently provided by StarAgeless.
The contents of an export depend on what the current version supports and should not be considered a complete copy of all account or health information.

4. Device and Data Recovery
Some information created through StarAgeless may be stored on the device you are using.
Loss, damage, replacement, or reset of your device, or deleting StarAgeless from your device, may affect your ability to access that information.
StarAgeless does not currently guarantee automatic cloud backup or restoration of all historical information across devices.
If certain records are important to you, you can save available copies using the export features provided in the app.
5. Health and Emergencies
StarAgeless is a health and nutrition management tool. It is not a medical service or an emergency medical resource.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency medical services.
If you need advice about a medical condition, symptoms, treatment, or other medical decisions, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
